Having received my new DS3 from you yesterday I wanted to get in touch to let you know how impressed I have been with, and to congratulate you on, the excellent service you provide.
The whole process from start to finish has been a pleasure to the point where I am questioning whether I will ever buy a car in the 'traditional' manner from a dealership again.
Your tracker feature is an excellent way of keeping us customers informed and your staff have always been knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have had questions to ask.
