I work in a service driven industry and from experience when somebody takes time to write to a company it is often a complaint. People rarely take time to say thank you! Well i wanted to write to say thank you to all concerned for a fantastic service!
Tom, who i had contact from at an early stage of looking at leasing a Citroen was a fantastic help. He always responded to my e-mailed questions promptly and even took time to phone me to check whether i had made a decision or whether i needed any further information.......no pushy sales techniques.
When i was ready to order, again the help was there. The documentation arrived promptly (thanks Joanna) and when i pointed out a slight error it was amended and new forms sent to me within the hour! All my queries were answered to my satisfaction and the information i asked for was promptly given. I was surprised and pleased at how quick it all went through!
Next came the delivery day. The tax disc arrived by special delivery and then the car arrived in a lovely clean condition. The delivery driver (I don’t know his name) continued the great service. He was very courteous, gave me plenty of unhindered time to inspect the new car and even showed me some of the controls and how they worked (electronic brake and gear box). I was very grateful!
Overall my experience of the service i received from your company was fantastic and i will certainly use you again should i decide on another Citroen next time and shall recommend you should anyone i know be considering leasing a car.

Despite the small engine size it has good acceleration, and I especially like the low petrol consumption, I thought at first the petrol gauge was broken.
