I hate buying cars and dealing with car dealers, it just seems one stress after another. However, this experience has been nothing but positive. You have been attentive and dealt with all of my queries (and I know there was alot, I question EVERYTHING!). But you were patient and responded to all of my questions. Considering there is no face to face dealings you'd think buying a car this way would be even more stressful, but I can honestly say it's the best car buying experience I've had from start to finish. You did everything you said you were going to do and I can't praise you enough
