Last year we announced a Loyalty Offer worth £500 for CCM (Contract Hire) customers that would be looking to changing their vehicles at the end of their current Contract Arrangements.

We can either allow the £500 against the Initial Rental (inc VAT) or often preferred, reduce the Rental for the period which has the advantage of being a saving before the VAT is applied.
